50 YEARS and BEYOND ...
50 YEARS and BEYOND … is made part of the Souvenir Program of the Mangaldan National High School Class 1959 Golden Anniversary and Reunion. MNHS Class of 1959 celebrates their 50th anniversary on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at the MNHS campus and on Sunday,February 22, 2009 at the Star Plaza Hotel in Dagupan City. Actually, the MNHS59ers are now having a pre-celebration lunch at the residence of Mamerto & Emily Frianeza in Binalonan.

- Hi Fred, The back cover page is now reserved for the 59ers. The cost is $250.00. Yes!! Marie have mentioned to me on several occasions that you will be needing 2 tables. I am pretty sure that Marie will take care of your group esp. where you will be seated. The Grand Canyon tour is scheduled on Oct. 21. Hoping the 59ers can join to grace the trip...Regards....

- K. Fred..I do remember you as the Navy officer way back when. I was too young when you came back home for the first time and I remember the "blue seal" that you must have given to a few folks. In fact I was curious what it meant until I realized that it was really a "blue seal" compared with the locally manufactured cigs. (hahaha).. Your long long letter made me travel back to the distant past. Those nostalgic and poignant pictures make us feel that we do have a certain part in our evolving history of Mangaldan. I wish there are more people among us who could write and keep on writing. In this way, we can preserve our culture even after we have long departed... I took the liberty of forwarding your letter to my sister Ligaya. I am sure she will be very surprised to see K. Delfin's picture. Please do keep in touch. We are here in Connecticut in case you happen to be in the vicinity....Amor
